CSS Greenhouse?

Whats up with the greenhouse at CSS? I saw it on the map kinda near the resort shops but when I went wandering over there a maid turned me back, assuring me what I wanted was on the other side of the property... I went to the lobbu and asked the front desk (this time I had the map in hand) and they hesitated then told me Id have to be taken by the groundskeeper and he wasnt in today. Im just getting this vibe like they dont want me over there but I dont know why...? Anyone have a clue on this? Ever been there?
