    Default CSS life jacket/vest

    I know that water sports snorkles are not available for the beach areas etc.....however, if we bring our own snorkles, can we use the CSS life jacket/vest for snorkeling just off the beach area? ( I know they are available for the kayaks etc) Hubs does not know how to swim, however I would love for him to be able to see the beauty of the ocean floor with me. Thanks so much.
