Does any one know if you can walk in front of the rooms? Do the first floor have an entrance on the balcony? thanks

Yes there is a path that goes in front of the buildings, the rooms are all accessed from the back of the building, some of them you actually go down stairs then the balcony is flush with the path but set back. I think there were one or two corner ones that you could access the balcony from.
