CSS Pallazina Dress Code

Heading to CSS in December and I know Casanova requires the men to wear long pants and closed toe shoes... but what about Pallazina?

I was wondering if it's like at CSA where he only has to wear that at Feathers but at Lemongrass he can wear nice shorts and sandals.

Bob wore nice shorts and polo shirts during our two dinners at Palazzina. He didn't wear sandals (he doesn't like sandals), but I saw other men with sandals. Lunch and breakfast are more informal at Palazzina.
