We have visited CSA several times and are considering CSS for
a 2nd trip next year.

I thought I saw a post about the beds not being the same as CSA
I prefer a firm mattress. What can I expect?

Can you order alcoholic beverages during room service hours?

Is the grotto pool non-chlorinated?

Are the jacuzzies in the room cats that offer them large enough
for 2pax?

The beds/mattresses @ CSS are just fine. No difference from CSA

Yes, you order alcholic beverages from room service, but all room have bottles of alcholic and mixers
Yes the grotto pool near the mineral pool is not clorinated

Most jacuzzies in the rooms are big enough for 2

Just a note about the grotto, it's more of a two-person hideway than a pool and it is ICE COLD. Note that you'll be sharing it with it's natural inhabitants so you might get a nibble.

Thanks for the responses. Not to beat the issue to death, but
we are beer drinkers and prefer Red Stripe. Can it be orderd from room service?
