    Default CTI Band Equipment Rental?

    Hello everyone,

    My fiancé and I are getting married on CTI 4/21/12. We are flying in a couple guys to be our band. I thought it would be really easy to find places to rent equipment, but that does not seem to be the case. I have gotten 1 quote back and it is 2x the cost of the equipment. I would be better off flying in the bands equipment.

    Does anyone have suggestions that may help us figure something out?

    I would see if they can play something small like a violin, or even better yet, ocarina. Easy to pack. That would be awesome!

    Maybe speak with the wedding planner to see if you can use the hotel's equipment for a few hours. Or maybe the band members may have some extra stuff they would be able to rent you. I have NEVER known a musician to not have extra toys somewhere ;-)
