    Default CTI question

    Would it be possible to pay for a room upgrade upon checking in at CTI?
    My holiday company are more or less uncontactable.

    I would call the Couples 1-800 number and upgrade before you arrive. At check in the whole booking for the week are planed out. Call and pay for you will get what you want.

    If they have your upgrade available, then yes you can. It just depends on availability. I tried to upgrade 3 years ago to surprise my hubby and there was nothing available.
