From what I've heard, location only. We booked a Premier because it's supposed to have a slightly better view for a slightly higher price. We'll find out in a couple of weeks.

You are correct, it is a better view of tower Isle.

It is the location of your room. All CTI rooms with the word "ocean" in it have a beautiful view of the water and Tower Isle.

The only difference is the location.
Deluxe rooms are in Buildings #1 and #4 (East and West). Premier are in Buildings #2 and #3 (New and Main). They will all have great views of the beach and island. If you get in Building #2 you will be behind the original pool.
