Can I reserve a room or a building? If so what would you recommend and why?

No but you can make a request when you arrive.

You can only reserved a room category. Couples will not take requests for specific rooms or buildings. You can request one once you arrive, but that is pretty much it.

You can reserve a room category but not a particular, floor, room, or building.
