CTI Superior Oceanview Room

Can anyone tell me if the Superior Ocean view room category is in the newly refurbished area? Where are these rooms located and can anyone offer suggestions with regard to what floor to request (upon arrival of course)? We haven't been to CTI before (CSA repeaters), so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

All the rooms at CTI are refurbished or are new. They are located in the South Wing, block #5 on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors.

The higher the better.
