About LinkBacksThis may sound stupid, but I am wondering does anyone out there know what they do to the salmon they serve for breakfast? Everyday we would have our salmon, capers & bagels. Now, I am absolutely craving it! Is it smoked salmon, raw, or ?

Actually, its lox... which is salmon that has been salt- and smoke-cured and thinly sliced.

Smoked salmon, or lox. Find them in your grocers freezer near the fish counter.

I always thought that it was smoked salmon, but have never asked. It is delicious

The salmon is smoked. Also quite commomly known as lox. Delish!
