Cut off date for pre-booking?

We are looking into returning to CSA for my wife's 50th and wonder when is the earliest date we can book online? We're looking at July of 2013 and I tried booking but it says that month is completely booked which I assume it's not because it's the same for the month before and after. Any ideas?

You can call or wait for the 2013 rates to come out in February.
