Is the deposit refundable?

is deposit refundable before final payment? I have very sick in laws and just never know! Thanks, Kim

This is what I found...

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 46 days prior arrival: no penalty, deposit refundable
45-30 days prior arrival: The $400 initial deposit is not refundable.
29-15 days prior arrival: 50% of the hotel price not refundable.
14 days and less: 100% of the hotel price not refundable.

My hubby's job is nutty so we opted for the additional insurance so we can cancel up until the day we arrive and receive a refund. Which I hope won't happen!!!

I hope not either! There is about a 1% chance so I think we will be okay.

Just purchase travel insurance and you are covered
