Dinners and Restaurants at CTI

We are heading to CTI next week. I was looking at the restaurant descriptions and noticed that 8 Rivers is the only restaurant open on Saturday nights. Am I missing something? Wouldn't it be awfully crowded if everyone at the resort was expected to eat at the one restaurant? Perhaps there is a special event/beach dinner every Saturday night. Clarification on this would be great!

Also wondering, can you eat at Bayside and 8 Rivers as often as you want, or only once per visit?

You can eat there as ofter as you like and Saturday is the Pool Gala

You may eat anywhere you want as many times as you want.
