Dirty Banana Recipe

Help! I am desperate to find out how the dirty banana drinks are made at couples negril. We won't be able to make a trip to the paradise of Couples Negril this year, so I am going to drown my sorrows in dirty bananas! Thanks

Different bartenders use different recipes, even at the same resort. The main two ways are:

Tia Maria
Milk
Simple syrup
banana
ice
(blend it all!)

Others do it this way:

Tia Maria
Rum Cream
Simple syrup (but don't need as much)
Banana
Milk
Ice

BTW- sub strawberry syrup for the simple syrup and you have yourself a Hummingbird!
