Does CN have a DVD player in the rooms? I enjoy watching movies and relaxing during my vacations and want to plan appropriately.

No DVD players. I would suggest taking a laptop or netbook to watch your dvd's. Hooking anything up to the inputs on the TV seems like way too much trouble because it is a flat scree mounted to the wall and I could barely see the connections and not reach them at all without trying to take the TV off the wall (which I did not do and don't recommend).
