Emails from Stateside Wedding Services?

After entering an online contest recently, my fiance and I have both received emails from someone offering to help plan our honeymoon/wedding at Couples. They give the Couples toll-free phone number, but the email address is @statesideweddingservices.com

We already booked our honeymoon, but I wanted to ask if these folks are affiliated with Couples and if not, to let you know about the emails, which, as written, imply that they are.
