Isla Mujeres? Any truth to the T.A. post about expansion, or was that a confusion of "couples only" and "Couples Resorts"?

Someone posted in that forum at tripadvisor that they spoke to the resort in Mexico and it was confusion. They are becoming a "Couples-Only" resort and will not be affiliated with Couples Resorts.

If couples expanded to Mexico I may go, but that would be the ONLY way you could get me to go to Mexico. Jamaica is just too perfect.
