Feathers/shoes

I know that men can't wear open toed shoes to the restaurant but what about women? I want to wear some nice sandals but they are open toed.

We girls LOVE our shoes don't we? Sandals are definitely acceptable 'footwear attire' for women! The more bling, the better! Have a wondertime time & ENJOY your trip! Cindy
