Final payment confirmation

I have not always booked through Couples but I'm wondering if anyone else have a problem with getting a final payment confirmation by E-mail. I've talked to two different agents and sent two e-mails still nothing. Just wondering !

Just 45 days till we return home to CSA !!!

Made three requests and still haven't received an email confirmation for our April 2011 vacation. This is the first time this has happened; usually, they're pretty good.

Did you check your "junk" email folder? For whatever reason, that is where ours ended up. We didn't notice it for 2 days.

i just dealt with this yesterday, I called them and they sent me my email while I was on phone to make sure I got it but I did have to call cause I never did receive it. Call them.

We are going to be at CSA April 18th so we are right at 45 days too and received our email confirmation a couple days ago no problem.

Unfortunately, Faye Pennicotte is no longer there. She always did a great job with follow through. Nice of Ivanna to step in here, too.

I called and spoke with Garfield THREE times; still nothing, and I did check my junk folder. I'll await contact from Ivonna and hopefully will receive confirmation soon.

I just emailed them to pfb and Pamela.
Besides "junk folder" issue sometimes our confirmations get stuck on our server. I'll talk to our tech guys.

Ivonna rocks, I have talked to her and email her and she always gets the job done. And yes Ivonna I asked them to bring you down when we were at CN last week, but they did not, that was my only complaint.

We're having the same issue. I've E-mailed but have not heard back yet. Our travel dates are April 16th-26th, 2011 at CSS. If you could help, we would appreciate it greatly.

Definitely had problems with getting final payment confirmation this year. Ivonna solved my problem too.

I've have not received a reply back yet either. I did email them last week so will see if I get anything this week. Traveling to CSS 3/17-3/24/2011.
