    Does anyone know if there is a heavy bag in the sports complex? I am a kickboxer and would like to know if i should bring my gloves for working out...

    I've never noticed a heavy bag, but there are sometimes people who could really use a good ass kicking, if that helps.

    I think I saw a heavy bag in CSS. Not sure of what kind of shape it is in.

    There is a heavy bag and a speed bag in the aerobics room at CSA. The speed bag could have used some stuffing.
