Flight Info From Montego Bay to Negril

My husband and I depart for Negril this Saturday for the first time (woo-hoo Cant wait!!) and are considering taking the flight from Montego Bay to Negril. I was wondering if it is a good idea to book this flight before we fly into Jamaica or book the flight once we get there? I have no idea how long it will take to get through customs and wonder if it would be too much of a hassel to book the flight once we land. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

International Airlink has flights at scheduled times, so it might be easier to grab one of its flights without making a reservation in advance.
