No, they are not located in all buildings. I don't think any are any better than any others. CN is a small resort so everything is close by.

We also stayed in the Garden rooms, block 4 and actually loved being farther away from the center of the resort. We liked that we could walk the back way, near the tennis courts, or take the romantic scenic way through the garden. We loved the privacy from our balcony too. We prefer to stay in the garden.
