Has anyone ever been to Glistening Waters Bioluminescent Bay?
If so, did you book it before you left? I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at Glistening Waters.
We are hoping to find our own way there and just take part in the boat tour - not have dinner at the restaurant. Should we wait until we arrive at CSS to arrange this, or should I do it before we go?
