Golf at CSS

I was wondering if anyone can comment on the golf that is included at CSS. I hear various reports that it is the Sandals Golf Club (formerly the Upton). How is the course, i'm a 8 handicap. I heard that there is access to the Breezes Runaway Bay course, which I played previously and is quite good. Is that true? Any comments and clarification would be great.

Golf in Jamaica is not like the USA. I like the course, but I am a 15 handicap. It is not long, but nice.
