Ground floor or top floor?

We requested a first floor BFVS. It seems like we won't have trouble getting it as most like second and third florr. I just hope we don't hate it because it seems like there is very little privacy or view. I just thought it would be really nice to walk right out of the room onto the beach. I definetely can see my husband keeping the blinds closed which I really like to look out. I am also a littl confused about the door not locking on the first floor? Are there 2 entrances? And only one locks? Can someone clarify?

The view is great since you are right on the beach!I just thought it would be really nice to walk right out of the room onto the beach. And only one locks? Can someone clarify? There are 2 sets of doors. The patio doors and then the main room door (which is on the back). The patio door locks from the inside, but it does not have a key. So if you want to leave from your patio, then you can lock it. however to get back in, you must use the main door. The main room door locks and has a key card.
