Gym at CN class schedule

My wife and I like to continue working out when we are away,
Can anyone advise what time the gym is open and what classes are offered. we try to work out early so hoping classes are in the am... before the first beer..

When CN opened, the studio for classes was enclosed. Since the re-do of that area, however, the studio is open-air, and guests with rooms near the studio complained that the loud music/noise from the early morning group classes was disturbing their sleep. Now, group classes are offered in the afternoon. The gym, with cardio equipment and weight machines, is an enclosed, air-conditioned space, and it is open 24/7. There are generally a handful of people who get in an early morning workout there.
