Heading to CSS - Food allergy question

We will be at CSS from April 24-May 1. My wife has a food allergy to any egg products. Will there be a way to know what foods at CSS are made with/without egg products or will she be able to request food prepared without egg products? This is something she is very concerned about. Thanks

The first day you arrive ask to meet with the head chef. They will have a meeting with you and discuss your wife's allergies and will be happy to create a menu around her allergies. Couples is special like that.
