I've been a trainer for over 2o years & the problem I have with alot of fitness crazes is while they may work, they place alot of stress on your lower back. I teach back to basics: a well balanced meal plan, not diet: weight training hitting each muscle group twice within 7 days : Isometrics: Boxing: Pushups, & marching . Mind to muscle concentration so you lift properly instead of just moving the weights. "Old school, hard core". Oh yea, increase your protein intake as well.
When you see me, just remember I do not have a beer belly, I just have a large protective covering over my six pack abs!![]()
