    Tim-n-Lisa, tried your work out plan and have developed a really ripped six pack. I think I might have to cut back a bit though because the six pack is turning into a twelve pack.

    I've been a trainer for over 2o years & the problem I have with alot of fitness crazes is while they may work, they place alot of stress on your lower back. I teach back to basics: a well balanced meal plan, not diet: weight training hitting each muscle group twice within 7 days : Isometrics: Boxing: Pushups, & marching . Mind to muscle concentration so you lift properly instead of just moving the weights. "Old school, hard core". Oh yea, increase your protein intake as well.
