Honeymoon Photographer at CN

My fiance and I have booked our honeymoon to CN! I am just wondering if it is possible to hire a photographer for like an hour or so to take some honeymoon pictures of us? Has anyone done this before, or does anyone know if this is possible?

I'm wondering the same thing! Did you find anything out? I'll be at CN in 39 days! I want to do a trash the dress (but not totally!) session.

Ask this in the wedding section, you may get an answer. I know there are "resort" photographers around in the evening but I never thought about hiring them for an hour or so. I know if you hire a outside photographer for a wedding there is $500 fee.

You can hire the resort photographer. There are 3 that rotate between the Negril properties. Go to the Photo Counter in reception and ask them arrange it. I love the photos that Foster takes so I would recommend him. He was the photographer at our vow renewal and has done the repeaters pool picture for the last 2 years.

I do know that you can ask the resort photographer to meet you somewhere on property and have a few pictures taken for no fee. We had a large group one year and wanted a picture taken of the group. The photographer met us by the pool one day and took a few pictures.

Otherwise, every evening there is a photographer milling about the resort who will take pictures for you. One year we were there during the holidays and ask the photographer to take some pictures of us by the Christmas tree. He gladly obliged without charging us a fee.

I think as long as you aren't having them follow you all over the resort for an hour that they will be happy to take a couple pictures for you. They even are out at sunset taking pictures on the beach.

Now, if you want to do a 'trash the dress' session, they will probably charge for that, but I don't know the cost. I would call the resort directly and ask to speak with the photo desk and ask them the question. 876.957.5960 This is the direct line to Couples Negril.
