Good question coffeekitty. I mean, you can't hear it when you're on these boards or the Couples website. I always thought it was Sahn Sue Chee... until I called to book and the sweet Jamaican lady pronouced it Sahn Sue See. Oops. I guess maybe it would need two c's to have that hard "chee" sound. Anyway, now I won't sound like a dork mispronouncing it! LOL
