How far in advanced should we make private dinner reservations for Swept Away?

Hey everyone,

We're going to be at CSA in 16 days. We're interested in doing a private dinner on the beach. Can we make the reservations when we get there or do they book up really quickly. If we should make the reservations before hand, what nights should we avoid? We want to go to the repeaters dinner and shipwreck party. Are there any other night events we should plan on?
