How far in advanced should we make restaurant reservations for Swept Away?

So excited that we'll be back for our 5 year anniversary/2nd honeymoon at Couples Swept Away. We'll be there April 19th. I can't remember how far in advanced we should make reservations for Feathers and Lemon Grass. Any suggestions?

You cannot make reservations until you get to resort, make them after you check in.
