How to keep Romance Rewards Level after marriage

Does anyone know how I can change the family name of my RR account after marriage?
My RR account was created with my maiden name and I don't want to loose my RR level.
I tried the edit button, but that did not work.
We are returning to Couples in April for our 1st anniversary and our account should be updated.

Just send them an email...they updated it for me via email last year.

Which email address did you use?
I've already send a support ticket to the 'Romance Rewards Coordinator' without any action.

That is what i did as well. If i remember correctly, i never got a response but checked my rr account and saw they made the change.

If you dont see the change and its been over a week, email them again.

If that doesnt work you may want to try a different email from teh contat us page.

Thanks to the RR Coordinator, edit button works!
I could edit my RR account and save it with my new name.
