I believe CTI (COR) was the first and it might be there 30 some years.

They opened as the Tower Isle Hotel in 1949. They became the first all inclusive hotel in 1978 when they became Couples Ocho Rios and today they do the best AI in the world

The Couples resorts in Negril are the newest. I believe we were at CN in 2007 for their 9th Anniversary.
