Does couples send you an email reminder before each month payment or just when you get down to the wonderful 45 day mark.

Just wondering our first payment is due. Hasn't been posted to bank yet ( first time I can't wait to see money come out of account.)

Mine comes out on the 30th of every month. Which is the day I booked. Payment number five just came out. I did not receive any notification before it is removed.

So far, our Loveaway Plan payments are posted to my credit card account every month. Couples has not sent any monthly email reminders.

We haven't received any email reminders, but we have received an email from Couples stating that the payment has been made.

Maybe, but I've been looking. I know it took my bank 4 days to post withdraw the first time so maybe that all it is.

Or we did call and use the " best deal guaranty" a few Wed. ago, would that change the day of our plan?

First time in my life I can't wait to see money come out, this must be a sickness.

It might be worth a double check to see if the e-mail system is working. I signed up in March and have never received an e-mail. I checked my junk e-mail box and called to be sure couples has my correct e-mail address. We are 70 days out and I know my balance payment is coming soon. We can manage without the e-mail but are curious if the system is working.

I didn't receive any emails or reminders, but once the first month's came out we knew when to expect it every month. I think I had asked at the time of booking which day it would come out, which was the same day every month.

No worries, we knew when it was coming out and we knew when the payment in full was due by, so it wasn't a big deal for us.

Same here - we just see the credit card payment go through. I don't see emails in my inbox or in my spam folder regarding the payments, but, then again, I know they're coming, so it's not really a problem.

Randy - this might need to be checked. I, along with 2 other couples, have been having payments deducted since March and the only email that was received by any of us was the initial confirmation of the reservation.

Thanks Randy! I received an e-mail notifying me of a payment being posted. It even give the total balance and how much I have paid so far. This really makes it easy to make sure everything is on track. Kudos...

I booked in June and hadn't received an email until just a few days ago. Must be because Randy looked into it (Thanks Randy!). Although I can see the deduction on my credit card each month, it's nice to have an email reminder.

Yes, you can make additional payments. Just call Couples, if you booked with them directly, or your TA.
