    Default Immagration form

We found a sample of the immagration form for Jamaica... One question we have, it ask if you have Pharmacuticals. Do we have to list Medicine that we are carrying into the country ? ( such as Blood pressure meds, ect...)

I think the form is referring to large quantities. We never list the meds we bring for ourselves.

No, you don't have to list prescription meds.

The first two times they got upset with us for not listing them and sent us to the special line so we did list them the third time and they scolded us for listing them and sent us back to the normal line.

No you do not list them. You will however have to carry them separate than in your 3-1-1. Be sure that they are clearly marked with your name as well. By this I mean, don't put them in a pill case with no name. These are TSA rules, has nothing to do with Immigration paperwork.
