Never had it or heard of it, but it sounds like a no brainer, right? I normally don't share my culinary ideas until I try them out first, but I figure that anyone can get a container of plain Athenos and stir some Walkerswood or Busha Brown's into it! I'll still work on a "from scratch" version.:cool:

Don't know about the jerk, but I've been stiring in Busha Brown's Pukka hot pepper sauce into my Athenos and Fritto's bean dip for years. I say go for it and let us know! are you mad, or a genius!
That's funny, I was actually eating Sabra's Roasted Red Pepper when I thought of it. More to come...
