its in reference to the # of posts you have.

I don't know but everyone except for Randymon and Seandymon say that. I guess we are all junior members.

My question is what does it take to be a Senior member??????

Because of your number of posts. I think you need 50 for it to read member.

After 30 posts it changes to member. Not sure yet when it changes to Senior Member.

Jeff - You are incorrect on the number that causes a change to MEMBER. I have 34 on an still listed as a Junior Member. You have 137 and are listed as Member. I am guessing it changes at 50, 75, or 100.
