Are 'JusTalk' Calling Cards Available at CTI?

We bought a 'JusTalk' calling card at CSA's giftshop during our last trip. Are these calling cards available for purchase at the CTI giftshop? If not, is there a convenient place to purchase one near CTI?

No they don't have them anymore in their giftshops. You have to call either collect or charge to the room and it is $1/min.
