Chef and his team always create the most fantastic dishes from top of the line Beef Wellington to my favorite comfort food Mac & Cheese which I have to say is most supberly done by the kitchen team at CTI. I tried it at CSS when we w ere on our trading places and I hate to say it but the CTI mac & cheese was far superior. Eat Drink Enjoy No Problem Mon. Take Care mc

We were very fortunate to be involved in a film shoot with Chef Stefan for a travel channel shown in Kentucky on a previous visit. His passion for cooking is amazing and has such a great personality. Please make it a point to speak with him on your next visit - I know he would appreciate it.
