Last Minute CSA questions

We'll be arriving at CSA on Monday...can't wait!

Just a few questions...We've heard that there is a casino on the premises...does it pay out or is it pretty much a waste of money?

Also, we will be there for New Year's Eve...does anyone know if they will have something special going on for that evening?

Since we are arriving on Monday, are the chances that we'll be able to request a 2nd or 3rd floor beachfront verandah suite slim because others will get there over the weekend? I read that the 2nd and 3rd floors would provide more privacy so just thought I'd ask.

I actually like the groundfloor rooms for the easy access so if you don't get an upper floor it's not all bad.

As for the casino, it was empty everytime we passed it. It's just a few slots and some electronic roulette which is not to a players advantage ever! We missed the casino night because we drank too much at dinner but it sounded like a lot if fun. Other than that night, I wouldn't spend much time there. To much else to do.

We played every night for about an hour before going back to our room. Its fun. Espec. electronic roulette. Didn't make any big bucks. If anything broke even. But definetely some fun.

If they have it available they will give it to you.
There are more second and third floors than first, so chances are they will have it available. Good luck. Have a great time. First floor isn't so bad.

We are currently at CSA and have the holiday booklet they passed out to rooms. As for New Year's Eve it looks like they have a cocktail party planned for 7 PM. All restaurants have different menus and various entertainment planned. Check at the concierge desk for the menus.
