Isn't that the best martini you've ever had? I don't actually have the CSA recipe, but there is a great site on the web freshlychee, just add the www before and the .com after. Fresh lychee nuts are only available for a short window in time so I usually freeze mine. They freeze very well. I take a few out of my freezer and I'm transported to the the martini bar at CSA. Oh paradise. Only 31 days until my next lychee martini.
