The Martha Brae Rafting trip

Anyone done this,any feedback would be appreciated.

We did this trip from CN last year.

It's a long journey (just under 2hrs each way) for a short raft down the river, but we did enjoy it.

We arrived at the river & had rum punch whilst a mento band played, then aboard the raft & listened to the rafter tell us of all the fawna & flora.

We booked it from Couples & four of us travelled in a car, the driver was friendly & informative.

Yes - We did the Martha Brae rafting trip but it's been 11 or 12 years ago on one of our first trips to Jamaica. We enjoyed it very much. Would definitely suggest it. Our raft captain was very fun & sang & let us steer the bamboo raft with the long pole. If you do it, remember to take some cash on the raft with you because the raft captains work for tips only & may only get to take one couple down every few days because they rotate .... Or at least that's what our captain told us at that time. I will say this - We were staying in Negril when we did it & Dunns River Falls on the same trip & would NEVER do that again .... It was a LONG day but other than that I'd do it again.
