Default Menus for CSS on webpage question

Hi all. We were looking into CSS for next winter. I was wondering if the menus on the CSS page here are current? We would hopefully be going for 11 nights and we are not big seafood eaters. Our concern was the posted menus are pretty limited if your like us and do not eat alot of seafood.
Do they change the menus at all during the week?
Thanks so much everyone I would not worry about it if going for a shorter time, but for 11 nights it could be pretty limited for us
    Thanks again!!

Our experience has been that they're not necessarily current. You are going to be more limited if you don't eat seafood, but you will still have plenty of options. I have found the meat choices at Cassanova to be outstanding (they usually have some sort of lamb that's absolutely to die for), and reservations aren't usually a problem.

They may or may not change the menus through the week, but don't forget that Tuesday and Friday are buffet dinners with plenty of land-based options. I do think that the Bella Vista has a more-changing menu (though since I found that lamb dish last trip, we didn't get around to eating there). And don't feel confined to the entrees, as you can order a couple of appetizers with dessert (as I've been known to do).

As far as lunch goes, there are plenty of meat options at the grill (patties, hamburgers, jerk), and the buffet has a wide variety of salads and hot options that have both meat and seafood.

I wouldn't worry about being limited. They will do everything possible to accomodate your wishes, and there are many non-seafood/fish options available.

I was at CSS in 2008 for honeymoon, I don't remember if the menu changed but all the food was good. I don't eat much seafood either except for crab and lobster. I think the food was better at Couples than at other resorts I've been to in the Bahamas and (sorry to say a different resort in Jamaica but I had good reason for going there....my grandpa's friend owns the resort...I liked Couples better, no little kids) but even at those, because they're all inclusive, my wife and I ordered something w thought we would like and an "extra" seafood plate to try especially to get local flavors.

For whatever reason I liked the conch fritters and some sort of seafood chowder thing. I still don't each much seafood, but it's good to try something new from time to time.

The menus are changed up frequently. We are also not big seafood eaters and have never had a problem finding something we enjoy. If you are there for 11 nights, you could possibly be there for 2 Gala evenings and 2 Beach Party evenings so that would be 4 of the nights with plenty of choices. The other nights you still have 3 different options of where to eat plus the option of dining in your room.

Go for it. CSS is beautiful and so romantic.

Just there April 10-17, really didn't see much in the way of seafood on the menu. I had snapper one night, excellent, and I am not a huge fish fan. The menus did change throughout the week, but not at the beach grill. There is always the pasta bar at Pallazina if you want to stick to the basics. But the red meat at both Casa Nova and Pallazina were wonderful, used a butter knife to cut the meat.
