Misja Ruijs was the Chef/Pastry Chef when I was at CN last December.
Chef Stefan Spath is the Executive Chef over all four Couples Resorts. He was the head Chef at CN before he took over this position.
Here is Head Chef Misja Ruijs from the CN kitchen tour last March...
