    Default Need some advice

We have received some pretty special treatment here at CSS. Some of it is beyond the ordinary. We know the names of the people and will put their names down when we leave but there is a group. Basically the front desk area. We would like to show our appreciation (more than writing their names) but do not want to break the rules. Is it appropriate to send flowers? Or does someone else have any ideas.
    Thanks

When you write their names on the comment card upon your departure that information is used in determining the employees future with the resort...such as promotions or raises. Many people do give small gifts as a show of appreciation to staff but do not discount the value of writing those names down, it's the most important gift you can give the ones you've noticed.
