new airport lounge @ montego bay??

i just read about a new airport lounge........$30.00pp & you get through security & customs faster & have snacks etc.
where is this lounge & where do you pay for it?
can you pay in advance??
we're going to css for x-mas this year......this would be a great present for my husband.....since he's not very patient when in comes to the customs & security check lines =]
