Thought this may be of interest to some:
"A trpical wave over the central Caribbean sea has become less organized today. Showers and Thunderstorms associated with the wave will likely spread across portions of the Domincan Republic, Haiti, Jamaica and eastern Cuba during the next day or so. There is a low chance, 20%, of this system becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours. Enviromentas conditions are expected to become more conducive for slow developent of this system over the next several days as it moves West-Northwest at about 10mph.
