We want a big balcony, but also want a good view of the ocean. We're going for our 10th anniversary and can't wait. For those of you who've been there before - advice is appreciated!

This is the view from D-14, Steve McQueen Penthouse.![]()
Hi Susan,
All the D Block Penthouses have large balconies. We have stayed in the Steve McQueen Suite, which rjammin has posted lovely pictures for you, and the Roger Moore Suite D-20--the next door neighbor to the Steve McQueen Suite on the 3rd floor of D Block. I will not lie---that last flight of 13 steps up to the top of D to get to the Roger Moore Suite, was a challenge everyday. But once you made it to the top the view just couldn't be beat!!!!
The views are also nice from E Block; however, the balconies are smaller. You still have 2 loungers and a table with 4 chairs and a solid wall dividing the penthouses. You have an unobstructed view of the sea over the Mineral Pool. We have stayed in E-10 and E-12. E-12 was at the end of the block, overlooking the terrace of the Balloon Bar. Hubby and I spent many a romantic evening dancing on our balcony and sipping champagne while listening to the CSS house band. It was lovely!!! But if you're going for BIG, you would want a D Block Penthouse.
Have a wonderful trip!
